Terms And Conditions

In order for any function to be carried out in a smooth manner, the hosts and management must work closely together. We are always ready to co-operate with you in every aspect so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss any specific needs or requirements that you may have.


  • Hall should be vacated by 5pm for morning event and 11:45pm for evening event.
  • Initial amount of rent as deposit will be charged at the time of booking(receipt will be provided for the same), Remaining payment to be done before 1 month of the function.
  • Date and time change will not be entertained even if function gets cancelled full amount will be charged.
  • Garden Lawn charges will be applied extra if used for Dining or setting up stage/pendal/shamiyana.
  • Possession of hall will be given only after remaining payment of the rent and security deposit (Rs. 2000) which is refundable fully if there are no damages and loss of any items.
  • Main hall will not be given in the night, only kitchen room will be given for use.
  • Marriage Hall Utensils capacity is only for 1000 people event, for more than 1000 people event, hosts should arranged extra utensils if required on their own.
  • Management will not be responsible for nay loss or theft of party’s personal belongings.
  • Management will not be responsible for any Theft, fight, complaints among the two parties.
  • It would be party’s responsibility to register the marriage.
  • It would be party’s responsibility to take permission from police station for function as well as band, baraat, bursting of crackers and orchestra. Note: Loud music/DJ not allowed inside the Hall premises and no music after 10 p.m.
  • Any damages caused to Hall/Fitting etc. will be charged.
  • Masala grinding and utensils cleaning charges will be extra and will be paid separately by the party.
  • In case there is no Electricity supply from HESCOM, Generator will be started only if the party agrees to pay @ Rs.300 per hour charges towards diesel.
  • Management is not responsible for any inconvenience caused due to natural calamities or contingencies or any type of reason/problem beyond our control, under such circumstances hosts are solely responsible to make alternate arrangements.
  • Outside vendors like florists, decorators, electricians, pendal and shamiyana contractors, orchestra etc. need to obtain prior permission from the Hall Management before executing their works.
  • Management is authorized to revise the charges at any time without any prior intimation.
  • Kitchen for cooking will be given 7.00 pm for next day Morning event and 12 am for Evening event.
  • Management has all the right to take 2 events in a day without informing the party’s either morning or evening if need full day for event need to discuss with management and extra charges will be applied.
  • If dining area or function Hall is required for Hald/mehendi, breakfast, dinner etc. other than main event then prior permission is required and extra charges will be applied as cleaning of premises is required before main event.
  • Masala grinding Staff need to be contacted prior for grinding as he is available only from 7.30am to 8pm, if staff not available then party need to arrange on their own.
  • If there are 2 events in the same date priority of decoration will be given to the party who has booked the date first and other party has to engage the same decorator for time constraint issue.
  • Parking of vehicles of guests should be done in proper manner at specified parking location without disturbing the neighbours.
  • I have read and agreed to abide by all the rules & regulation set by the management.

*All disputes subjected to Belgaum jurisdiction.
